"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

The house has a lovingly tended garden, a front porch, a spacious outdoor shower, and off-street parking. It is just a short walk to Siasconset village, where the Sconset Market and nearby restaurants are situated. Just a three-minute walk to a private beach entrance! Three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, front covered porch, brick patio with table an umbrella.

In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.

Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress. The condo is on the second floor.
