Tired of French food... Try this excellent Mexican Cantina “La Chingada” and its lively Street Food straight out of the alleys of Mexico City, as well as their traditional dishes.
The fresh, quality ingredients are cooked with passion by their Mexican chef, who knows how to juggle peppers in order to flatter French palates.

Can't get more French that AU BON COIN -- Fabulous neighborhood bistro. Comfortable and affordable. Food is very solid. Unexpectedly excellent beer sélection. Friendly service, authentic quality French fare and great wines in a charming setting that might be described as homely retro chic. It’s also in a part of Paris that feels like ‘the real thing’ away from the more boring tourist establishments. Owners are lovely, and will make you feel at home explaining the great range on the menu.

On your way to St Ouen's Marche Aux Puces, stop by La Recyclerie. LOCATED IN A DISUSED TRAIN station straddling the abandoned Petite Ceinture, La REcyclerie prides itself on an eco-friendly ethos of upcycling and reuse, which is a stark contrast to the other posh eateries in the area.
The restaurant offers locally produced food and products. In addition to its culinary roots, the center, which boasts eight separate spaces in the fully repurposed train station also offers classes that teach DIY and creative skills ranging from theater to gardening to cooking. The site also plays host to such community building events as seed swaps, readings, and concerts.
La REcyclerie provides an alternative side to Paris that most people don’t associate with the city.
