The two story cottage boasts a stunning stone fireplace and large windows overlooking the tiered landscape and Green Mountains in the distance. We are located minutes to Manchester viliage, shopping outlets, Equinox Resort, Hildene, and the Equinox Skyline drive. We are 20 minutes to Bromley and 35 minutes to Stratton and Magic Mountain.

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Enjoy meeting our goats as well as enjoying Vermont cheeses, local goodies and produce that we can stock in your cottage.

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the NY/VT border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi). There are plenty of options nearby for hiking, rail trail biking, or paddling. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!
