The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Penn Yan/Keuka Lake/Wine Trail, Outlet Trail Cabin

2016 Cabin borders the Keuka Lake Outlet/Trail. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that runs from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The Outlet trail is a 6+ mile walking/biking trail with great views, waterfalls, etc. Cabin has heat/A.C, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, USB charging outlets for cell phones. Outdoor cook grill and fire pits for campfires. If more sleeping capacity is needed let us know ahead and we can park our camper there for you (added fee)

Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 4 with a sofa bed and a bunk bed that holds a queen and full mattress. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower.

Located in the Finger lakes Region offers easy access to many wineries, breweries, distilleries, antique stores, and shops. Rochester is 25 miles away and Victor is 8 miles.

Staying at the cabin is like camping, but we try to make it so you do not need to bring any gear.
