Located in the wine country, close to downtown Ozark and minutes from Turner Bend. Nearby Cities, Alma, Clarksville, Paris, Van Buren and Fort Smith. Little over an hour from Razorback Stadium.

Just ask if it matters to you if I am home or not. My place is close to almost nothing! 1/4 mile from Highway 22; 30-40 min. to Mt Magazine. Quiet! No noisy neighbors. Lots of early morning quiet and birdsong. You can even see the stars at night and the southwest end of Mt. Magazine. Horeshoe Mountain is a backdrop to the East.
