You will be staying in a brand new (2025 construction), 2400 square foot home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with space for up to 10 family and friends. We are a 3 minute walk to Lake Mary where you will enjoy a private pier with sandy bottom swimming. Short drive to Lake Geneva, Wilmot Mountain, and many other local attractions. We aim to have a cozy and relaxing home where family and friends can get a break and enjoy your time away from home.

Perched on the shores of Lake Mary, our unique home boasts panoramic views that change with the seasons. The property features a private pier with seating, a private boathouse, fire-pit, grill, a hot-tub and water activities: fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, and assistance with a private boat rental. This 5-bdr, 3.5-bth, 1 boathouse, home sleeps up to 12 people. There are 9 beds, and 3 pull outs.
