The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

This is not just a holiday rental house, it is a beloved family holiday home. This means that it is thoughtfully decorated, better equipped and more comfortable than most rentals. The house sits in a lovely area of Soller called L'horta, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Soller. The gorgeous sunny garden with beautiful saltwater pool is the perfect place to relax. There is plenty of great walking and cycling in the area. 5 min drive to the beach.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
