It is also just 10 minutes from Lake Hudson and Rocklahoma. The house has 5G wifi and TV is set up with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. There is covered parking for your vehicle and a covered back patio to sit outside and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability, free Netflix, fast WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The suite is on the west end of the main home with it's own entrance and is closed off from the main house for your privacy.
