The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. House on a private road, the perfect vacation spot for family trips. 1.6 miles from Ballston Beach and close to many wonderful restaurants like Winslow’s Tavern, Montano’s, Victors & PB Boulangerie plus other wonderful shops and restaurants in Chatham, Truro, Wellfleet & Provincetown. This unique and accommodating four season guest home is situated on beautifully groomed property adjacent to an organic farm and surrounded by protected woodland. A private retreat that is minutes to Provincetown, beaches, trails and more. June through September, rented by the week, Sunday to Sunday. We take well behaved dogs. $150 per animal in addition to rent.
