Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and has spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows. Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

The Lookout at Crow Hill

The Lookout at Crow Hill, named after the quaint back-country road on which it sits, is your own little slice of paradise in the “Down East” area of the Carolina coast. Completely remodeled and elevated for maximum water views, you can enjoy casual waterfront living in style! The modern fully outfitted cottage is perfectly situated on the tidal creek with magnificent high tides, and easy access to the sound and all the waterways that abound in this region. Captain Brown's Farmhouse

Enjoy this unique and family/pet-friendly home (with a single $150 pet fee). Captain Claude Brown built this charming farmhouse in 1945 for his bride Belle. The Brown family is well-known in Marshallberg, NC. The road and an island are named after them! The farmhouse was lovingly renovated in 2023 and is ready for guests, both 2- and 4-legged. There is a water view from the front porch, the Marshallberg Harbor and boat ramp are a 1/2 mile away, and a doggy door leads to a fenced-in area!

Home updates done in spring of 2024 include- entire interior painted, popcorn ceilings removed and other drywall repairs, new ceiling fans and interior lighting, and more! House is stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities and other conveniences so all you need to do is show up ready to relax!
