私達の施設は家族で経営している小さな宿になります。
民泊の 1室からスタートし現在至ります。
高級リゾートホテルのような防音設備や毎日の清掃やタオルやシーツの交換その他サービスはございませんが、お部屋の広さは通常のホテルの1.5倍
また無料で使用可能なキッチンや洗濯機 乾燥機などを設置しそれをカバーしています。
また施設の場所も空港から車で10分 駅も徒歩5分
国際通りまで歩いて行け 施設の周りは徒歩1分圏内に24時間のスーパーやお酒や食事が楽しめる場所が沢山あります。
裏にはこども達が遊べる大きな公園までありとても好立地な条件にあります。
予約検討中の皆様 私達の施設はセルフ対応やその他高級ホテルのようなサービスが少ないにも関わらず 他のホテルより高評価や良いレビューを沢山頂いております。
家族で試行錯誤しながら運営してきた事で、他の場所では味わえない細かい部分や温かみがある施設ではないかと私達は思っています。

大きなリビングと個室が2つあります
リビングには3人掛けのソファーが 2台あり広々としています。
２つこ個室にはそれぞれ
ダブルベットが1台 シングルベットが1台
合計ダブルベット2台 シングルベット2台、合計4台のベッドがあり最大6名まで宿泊可能です。
同じ建物には全部で9室アパートがあり 予約した後はランダムに1つ部屋を案内します。
全て同じ間取りの部屋ですが 写真と異なる場合もあるのでご了承下さい^ - ^
建物にはエレベーターがありません 2階と3階と4階に部屋がありますが
高齢者や足の悪いゲストさんを優先的にニ階へ案内します。
しかし 先に予約されたゲスト様がいた場合2階へ案内出来ない場合もあります。

15:00までの５時間1000円で利用可能です。

3個目から追加500円になります。

私達の施設は 日本の有名なテレビ番組「ほこたて」でも紹介された 薬品を使わないオゾンの力を利用した脱臭器具で インフルエンザ ノロウイルス その他の 菌対策を行い お部屋を清潔に保っています
薬品を使っていない為 生まれたばかりの 赤ちゃんでも 安心です。
コスト削減の為にスタッフは最小限で行っており至らない点もあるとは思います。
がしかし全力でサポートさせて頂きます。
予約後からはメールや電話でも宿泊日まで質問や困った事全て対応致しますし私達が寝ていない限りすぐに質問に返答致します。

步行即可到達國際通，週邊有很多地方，包括24小時超市以及可以享用飲料和美食的場所，步行1分鐘即可到達。
酒店後面甚至還有一個大公園，孩子們可以在那裡玩耍，位置非常方便。
對於所有考慮預訂的人：雖然我們的設施不提供自助服務設施或豪華酒店常見的其他服務，但我們收到的正面評價和評分比其他酒店高得多。

Our facility is a small inn run by a family.
We started with one room in a private lodging and have grown to the present.
We do not have soundproofing facilities like luxury resort hotels, daily cleaning, towel and sheet changes, and other services, but the rooms are 1.5 times larger than those of a normal hotel, and we have installed a free kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, which makes up for that.
The facility is also located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 5 minutes on foot from the station. You can walk to Kokusai Street, and there are many places around the facility where you can enjoy 24-hour supermarkets and drinks and meals within a 1-minute walk.
There is even a large park behind the facility where children can play, so it is in a very good location.
For those considering making a reservation, despite the fact that our facility is self-service and has few services like other luxury hotels, we have received many higher ratings and good reviews than other hotels.
We believe that our facility has the details and warmth that you cannot find in other places because we have been running it as a family with trial and error.
About the rooms
There is a large living room and two private rooms in one apartment.
The living room has two three-seater sofas and is spacious.
Each of the two private rooms has one double bed and one single bed.
There are two double beds and two single beds, for a total of four beds, and up to six people can stay.
There are a total of nine apartments in the same building, and after you make a reservation, you will be randomly guided to one of the rooms.
