Our newly renovated Ancestral house, has a 2 car garage, a front lawn, a large porch, 1 large bedroom with a queen size bed, one single bed and one double deck bed with private toilet & bath and aircondition. 2nd bedroom with double deck bed and aircondition and private fridge and cabinet. We have an open space layout living room connecting to the 6 seater dining table and full size kitchen with a common toilet & bath. The backyard is our favorite place to hang out with. It has a small private pool, 4 deck chairs, a swing and a hammock. A place perfect for picnics and afternoon siestas.

The place is safe with an area of around 1500sq meters..2km drive away from the center of moalboal..A place where individual, group of friends and family can relax . Few kms away from basdako white sands, panagsama beach and Badian Kawasan Falls. The house is newly constructed and visitors will have privacy since the whole place will be rented with a very reasonable price. We can also assist guests for island hopping, canyoneering activity, car rentals and motor rentals.

This place all the necessary amenities to make your stay worth while. It has a hot & cold shower, wifi, and 24/7 security personnel. Its equip with large cabinet space for longer stay travelers. As well as a sand box for the kids.
