The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Skylights brighten the lofty interiors. The cottage is well insulated and features centrally ducted heat and A/C, providing excellent climate control to suit your comfort preferences.

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Lake swimming beach, hiking, and a winery area all nearby!

We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
