You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

The neighborhood offers 3 outdoor pools (Seasonal), 2 clubhouses with workout facilities, tennis, pickle ball, pool table, ping pong, nature trails, picnic tables, fire pits, catch and release fishing and more.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Bishops Landing, this new home with amenities like 2 pools, tennis courts, and a dog park, is located 5 miles away from Bethany Beach. *NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dogs are present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking. *Per HOA rules, renters must sign HOA agreement before their stay
