Apt B ~ Beached Well ~Steps to the Beach

Apt B is located above ground level, under our home. We are on the Beach side of Butler. Mid Island. a TRUE Tybee 1924 Cottage. Fenced in back yard, 1 parking space is provided. More than 1 car the charge is an extra $25.00 a day. 1 b/r, with a shower, no tub,and a pull out Ikea King sofa bed in the living room. So it sleeps as many as 4. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, plates, etc., just bring your food, beach towels, chairs & sunscreen! Located on a Quiet, Family Street.

Located mid-island, convenient to everything. Less than 5 minute walk to the Beach! This is an iconic 1940 "Tybee Island Beach House" built in an elevated style that is a typical architectural vernacular to Tybee. Located on the south end of the island near the pier, restaurants, IGA, shops, the back river and all things Tybee. Two comfy bedrooms and a memory foam sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, full size tub and shower plus an outdoor shower, private backyard and full size laundry. The closest beach access is 4 blocks and the back river sunsets are just a couple blocks away.

The Blue Crab House, Hot Tub, Pool, Beach!

Shake off any lingering salt and sand under the outdoor shower in the fenced-in backyard. Swim in the heated saltwater pool (please see the notes about the pool) then soak in the hot tub, ending the day stargazing by the fire pit. Standouts inside include exposed beams and a Smart TV.
