My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

San Juanico Bridge is a 25 minute drive while the DZR Airport is approximately 45 minutes away. Bikes, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, guitar are available per request

Step off the beach into our outdoor shower or bathe Filipino style with fresh clean cold water from our beachfront hand pump well.
