Holly Harbor

Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Rooster Ridge

Rooster Ridge (owned and operated by Laughing Rooster, LLC) is a rustic cabin with many of the comforts and amenities of home. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.
