This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

A place to kick back and relax in the quiet countryside after a day spent at the lake, hiking, or sipping wine. **We have two AC units for the establishment. There is one AC unit in the master bedroom and a second in the main area. It keeps the house very cool and comfortable. The second bedroom window is unable to support an AC unit.
