Es erwartet Sie ein kleines Appartement (ca. 15 qm) für 1-2 Personen oberhalb von Imst. Eine Terrasse steht Ihnen über einen separaten Zugang zur persönlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen wunderschönen Waldweg über den man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten Hoch-Imst mit zahlreichen Freizeitangeboten (Bergbahnen, Schwimmteich, Alpine-Coaster, Restaurants, Skigebiet) erreichen kann. Die Stadt Imst ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 - 7 Minuten erreichbar.

Das 1-Zimmer-Appartment wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Zentral gelegen - nur 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt - ist man in wenigen Minuten in der unberührten Natur. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, Garten sowie einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und bis 6 Jahre berechnen wir keine Zusatzkosten. Bitte bei der Anfrage einfach im Text vermerken. Die Kurtaxe liegt je nach Saison zwischen 2,20 € und max. 3,- € pro Erwachsenen und mit der Gästekarte gibt es einige Vergünstigungen.

Im Herzen des westlichen Mittelgebirges liegt das malerische Götzens. Meine Unterkunft liegt in zentraler ruhiger Lage. Innsbruck ist mit Bus oder Auto in 15 min. zu erreichen. Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break.
