Cook healthy ramen & gyoza at home vegan/halal available
Ramen and gyoza are some of the most popular foods in Japan, not only for natives, but for tourists as well. But sometimes these foods can be too heavy or not vegan- and halal-friendly. I think everyone should have a chance to enjoy Japanese cuisine, so I developed a healthy recipe compatible with vegan and halal diets. After meeting at Cora Coffee I, we'll move to my private kitchen. We'll start out our class with a lecture about Japanese cuisine and lifestyle. Then we'll start cooking two different kinds of ramen broth, along with ramen and gyoza made from all-natural ingredients and seasonings, using my original recipe, which is healthy and easy to recreate at home. Home cooking is not only centered on the happiness and health of the family, but is also nourishing and easy to prepare. Come experience the power of this tradition. Experience is the best souvenir. Other things to note All you need to bring is your appetite. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you wish during the class. Let me know of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Sake tasting at local breweries Kobe
We welcome you to our sake tasting experience in Kobe. We'll explore at least three of breweries in Nada area. I'm passionate about sake, and I’d like to share with you the process of sake making, comparing different kinds and brands. On this trip, you will taste the differences between various kinds of sakes—the highest quality, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and many other seasonable sakes. At the beginning of our trip, I will briefly explain why Kobe is famous for sake, its sake history, and how the industry has been changed. Midway through the trip, you will have the opportunity to stop by a local tofu manufacturer and taste their small offerings. We'll also visit a special brewery, founded over 250 years ago, which still makes sake in small batches. It is the one of the biggest breweries around here. You will get to know the whole production process, while getting a feel for the deliciousness of sake by actually tasting freshly made sake. At the end of our trip, we'll visit an innovative brewery that makes brandy, sherry with sake and citrus fruit sakes.
Please eat something before drinking sake and bring backpack for souvenir sake bottles! The transportation fee is not included. We walk around 3km, I recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. Please note there may be slight changes in destinations due to the breweries'/shop's closing schedule, etc.

Sake -Kanji- Hopping Tour
Do you find it difficult to choose sake at izakaya or sake retail shops? When it comes to sake information on menus or bottles, everything is written in kanji (Chinese characters), which must be stressful for people from overseas. On my tour, we’ll go to three local sake spots to enjoy sake and learn some practical knowledge about the beverage to solve that problem! Here're are what we’ll cover during the tour. ・What is sake made from? ・How is sake produced? ・Sake grades ・A variety of sake and flavor profiles ・How to read sake related kanji We’ll start off by dropping by a sake bar run by the most famous sake brewery in Himeji. I’ll select sake that is suitable for aperitif to do kanpai together. After that, we’ll move to another bar. The bar serves many different styles of sake. You'll be surprised at how different each sake tastes. Finally, we’ll head to a local izakaya to enjoy both local sake and food. Based on the knowledge you've gained, I'd like you to choose your sake and try ordering in Japanese! At the end of the tour, I’ll give you a handout that covers everything that we've worked on. That way, even after the tour, I believe you will be able to get sake on your own. *Other things to note ・The food and drink are not included in the price. ・Depending on the situation, we might taste sake at different places.
