Ideal für Konzert/Messebesucher. Citycenter (5km) in 20 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In Gehdistanz Hallenstadion und 20 Minuten mit ÖV vom Flughafen. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, kannst aber Garten/Feuerstelle mitbenutzen. Bad und Küche müssen mit 2 anderen Personen geteilt werden

Kleines gemütliches Eckhaus

Offen, hell, gemütlich und ruhig. Mit Sitzplatz und kleinem Garten. Da ich nicht immer da bin, vermiete ich mein Zuhause zwischendurch. Du wirst also wohnen wie ich :-), es ist nicht ein "business apartment" dafür kommt es mit Lebens Charme daher und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich denke, es wird dir an nichts fehlen und sonst bitte danach fragen. Zu Fuss: 20 min an den schönen Greifensee für Spaziergänge, entlang dem Haus führts in die Natur, 15 m an den Bahnhof und 20 min (Zug) nach Zürich.

Meine Wohnung liegt in einem hübschen Dorf mit alter Kirche, wo sogar Madonna zu Besuch war. Rundherum haben wir Felder, Hügel, Wälder mit Aussicht in die Berge. Wir sind direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Nach Zürich ist es 25 Minuten mit Bus und Zug. In meiner Wohnung wohne ich und es hat ein weiteres Zimmer für einen Gast. My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.
