Based on long oral traditions and reconstructed on the spot were Granny Woman O'Clery's husband built a tiny cabin before being killed in a Indian attack. Go jump in the lake off the huge dock into a quiet, scenic cove. Paddle board, kayak, float on a raft or bring your own boat to explore beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. Perfect for a couple or small family getaway. The lake offers plenty of restaurants and shopping, golf, a cinema, wineries and beaches. Please note the hike to the dock is steep and uneven with areas of difficult terrain. You must be must be sure footed and wear proper footwear to get up and down the hill.

SML Tiny House

Come enjoy the simplicity of tiny living at the SML Tiny House (Smith Mountain Lake). Fully functional and ready to serve as your home away from home. Plenty of driveway space to bring your watercraft of choice with a short drive to a public lake put in. The entire tiny house is yours to enjoy located in the backyard of the main home. The bedroom is on the second floor only accessible via ladder pictured. EV Tesla level 2 charger on the property available upon request.

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
