It is conveniently located on the fifth floor of a contemporary building, overlooking a tranquil courtyard. The apartment includes a balcony, and the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink, cooktop, electric kettle, microwave oven, and a Nespresso machine for your convenience.

Naturally cool apartment during the hot summer months even without airconditioning thanks to its location (ground floor with windows facing north opening to a lush garden).
