You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Welcome to Black Creek Cottages - Unit #2. Less than 2 miles off I-795 and 8 miles from I-95!! Perfect place to stop if traveling far. Private studio tiny house with mini kitchen, loft bed, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room. This is a private one room tiny home with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There is one other tiny home, three apartments, and a house on the property as well. Please note: The bed is LOFTED.
