The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. There is NO washer/dryer on the premises but a Laundromat is nearby. Enjoy a meal or the evening shade in the backyard. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. Thanks!

The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

Cotton Canyon Oasis

Beautiful views of Caprock canyon, cotton fields, wildlife and more. Property has a 1 acre pond 300 feet from the house which makes for a great relaxing stay. The property has a barn and pens and all the facilities needed when traveling with livestock. Please note base price includes up to 4 guests. Additional $75 per person per night.
