Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Very nice TINY/Home cabin for 1-2 guests located at Lakeland RV Ranch Campground. There are horses, a fishing pond, chickens, ducks, community fire pit, club house with pool table and lots of area to wander and enjoy a quiet time.
