Le Petit Comte Bergerac an Oasis of Calm

Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.

Située en pleine nature, c’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région Dordogne-Périgord. Nous avons converti cet ancien logis de la ferme en maison luxueuse.

Un salon chaleureux où nous avons gardé les murs en pierres authentiques, une cuisine toute équipée et une belle terrasse à l'extérieur avec vos chaises longues et hamac. Piscine 10*5 à partager. Grande propriété avec un joli jardin, terrain de petanque, aire de jeux pour les enfants (toboggan, balançoire, trampoline, slackline...). Idéalement situé pour découvrir les richesses du Périgord.
