Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch und ein Gästebett im Wohnzimmer. 1 großes Bad - Dusche +Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Bitte beachten : keine Küche . Küche befindet sich aktuell in Bau. Kaffee+Tee ist gratis. Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle ,Kaffee- Wasserkocher , 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

Mit einer großen möblierten Terrasse. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Mit der Bahn oder Bus sind sie in 30 Minuten im Zentrum KA. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. In dieser Wohnung (Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, Küche, Essbereich, offenes Arbeitszimmer, Bad) werdet Ihr Euch wohl fühlen. Das historische Gebäude gehört zu einem ehemaligen Rittergut, dessen Anfänge auf das 17. Jahrhundert zurück gehen. Das Haus wurde aufwendig restauriert. Am höchsten Punkt der Altstadt gelegen, genießt Ihr einen großartigen Panorama- Blick. Von hier lassen sich perfekt Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald, nach Baden-Baden und das Elsass unternehmen.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Die Ferienwohnung „Mitten im Herzen“ liegt wie der Name schon sagt, mitten im Herzen von Schöllbronn. Sie befindet sich in einem zum Teil historischen Gebäude, das während dem Beschuss durch die Franzosen im 2. Weltkrieg den umliegenden Nachbarn Schutz in dessen Gewölbekeller gewährte. Wichtiger Hinweis: Der Preis für ein Kind unter 2 Jahren beträgt 10,00 Euro und ist bei Ankunft zu bezahlen.

The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. There is also a dining table and a private bathroom accessible via the corridor. Perfect for a relaxing break in nature.

Messe Karlsruhe 11 km entfernt, über B36 in 12 Minuten zu erreichen Weitere wichtige Infos: Waschmaschine+Trockner 5€ pro Anwendung.
