You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

The suite is attached to our home, but is 100% separate w/ private deck entrance (1 flight up), driveway + lake access. It's just a couple of blocks from beautiful (and private) Kelly Beach and a block away from Wesquage Pond where we have kayaks waiting to be taken out for a paddle. We're close to Narragansett beaches, restaurants, and shops, plus Newport, the Block Island Ferry and more. The perfect beach vacation awaits!

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. There is a wide open living/dining area . One queen Bedroom with lots of space. A twin bedroom that extends into a king bed.
