I will be on vacation September 23 to October 9th I will get back to messages upon my return. After picking you up at your downtown Toronto Airbnb or other convenient location, we will start your adventure to Niagara Falls. Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, a family owned bakery* and an award winning winery. During short walks along tee lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by delectable treats from a local bakery (extra cost, hours vary). Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to take the optional, self led, Niagara Boat Cruise (in season when available). Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. *The bakery is closed on Mon. & Tue. We stop at a local coffee shop instead. A Walking Tour of Toronto's Underground City
Winters in Canada can be very cold. Participating in an outdoor activity can be uncomfortable, especially if you are not used to the cold weather. This tour makes a winter walk much more pleasant by using Toronto's PATH network to move from one downtown sight to another. Only on 3 occasions will we step outside for a few minutes to have a look around at what lies above. The city's PATH network is over 30 km (20 miles) in length, and connects 70+ buildings in the downtown core. The PATH has 8 hotels, 5 subway stations, an arena, a shopping mall and City Hall attached to it. On each work day, an average of 300,000 people use PATH to move from office tower to office tower. Sunset Canoe Tour on the Toronto Islands
After meet and greet at the Centre Island, we will go over the tour safety rules. Your guide will do some of the paddling technique demonstration on land and guests are free to ask any questions. Before getting into the canoe, we would put on our life jackets. Your guide will be assisting with getting in the canoe. As we canoe around the islands, your guide will be telling about the islands and its history, as well as the history of the unique historical Voyageur Canoe replica that we are using on our tours. Our first destination is the Bird Sanctuary. The next point of interest is the Toronto Harbour and the stunning views of the city skyline. It's time to get out your cameras and take those million dollar pictures and selfies. As we proceed paddling through the islands lagoons and around some small islands, we can indulge into watching the gorgeous sunset skies. Our program ends after the sunset, as we arrive back to the Centre Island. Your guide will assist you to disembark from the canoe. After getting off the canoe, it will be time to say good bye. We hope to see you again. No previous experience is required. There is a guide in the canoe with you at all times. There are public washrooms and restaurants in the park. You will need to take the ferry to the islands. This canoe experience is an ideal team building and corporate event activity.

Gelato Tasting & Gelato Production Tour
Death in Venice Gelato is Toronto’s award winning best gelateria. I am the owner and the gelato maker of this unique gelato shop. The experience is a 16 course gelato tasting with a visit to the gelato lab where all the creative flavours are tested & produced. During the tour I will explain the differences between Icecream & gelato , the science behind gelato, production of gelato and the history behind the company. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. Flavours such as smoked chocolate and bourbon, cheeseboard, Thai ice tea, pistachio baklava, coconut lemon cream Pai, peanut butter and croissants etc… are among many you may taste.. we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Using real sterling silver, tiny saws, hammers, and fire, you'll create your very own ring. I'll teach you how to measure, cut, solder, bend, file, and polish your custom creation. You can also texturize or letter stamp it to make it truly one of a kind. You'll leave wearing your new ring with a sense of great accomplishment and the perfect souvenir. * To insure the safety of guests this experience is currently limited to two people within the same 'bubble'. Other things to note: This experience runs between 3-4 hours long depending on your design choices and work ethic. Safety is important in the studio! Private Fall Portraits-Photoshoot in High Park Toronto
(COVID19 UPDATE: This will be a private event! 1-2 Households per shoot. We will be walking around the neighborhood and avoid all indoor locations.) World Food Tour in Toronto
We will meet in a central accessible location that will be walking distance from the neighbourhood we are about to explore. I’ll introduce myself and give you a quick run down of the tour we are about to embark on. After checking in and making sure we have everyone, we will walk to our first food spot and get our first snack. I will give you a little rundown on the restaurant and it’s history in the city. After everyone has gotten a portion for themselves. We will head to the second spot. On the way to the 2nd food place I will give you a bit of background on the neighbourhood and a brief history. This will continue on until we visit 3 more places for some of the tastiest food in Toronto. In total we will visit 5 of Toronto’s hotspots for food! I’ll take you on a journey around the world as the different snacks we’ll be indulging on will be from various different cultures. After all of the spots have been hit, we will say our goodbyes and well wishes and you’ll be in the most delicious food coma you’ve ever experienced! Not only will you be blessing your taste buds with tasty food but you’ll be learning some neighbourhood history as well! Other things to note I am a people person and have worked in the service industry for most of my adult life. I am friendly and will answer any of your questions and concerns to ensure you have the best time! I speak Portuguese, Spanish and French in addition to English but basic understanding of English is sufficient.
