Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

La Mason dl'Ansiva - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

Unser renoviertes Studio befindet sich an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

Appartamento mansardato situato in zona tranquilla in centro valle, ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante immerso nella natura, in un paesaggio montano, fare passeggiate e visitare luoghi mozzafiato. E' consigliato anche a chi vuole visitare la Valle d' Aosta o frequentare i vari comprensori sciistici. Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Casa d'epoca nel centro di Aosta (CIR 0369)

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.

Lo Tzambron-Villetta con vista a Saint Barthélemy

E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

Campo Alto baita

Ampio monolocale provvisto di angolo cottura, bagno indipendente e giardino riservato con vista sulla valle. Finemente ristrutturato nella tipica architettura montana della Valle Antrona. Immerso nella natura, ottima base di partenza per escursioni GTA e vicino a numerosi laghi alpini. Disponibile tutto l'anno.

Riflessi Alpini

Appartamento in posizione panoramica con giardino condiviso. Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni o giornate sugli sci. Ubicato non lontano dalle Terme a 800m dal centro turistico. E' composto da soggiorno-cucina (con divano letto), camera e bagno.
