On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

Facile trovare parcheggio sotto casa. A 5 minuti dall'Allianz Arena (Juventus Stadium) e a 15 minuti dalla Reggia di Venaria Reale. Aeroporto a 15 minuti. Collegamento al centro città con mezzi pubblici tram n° 3 autobus n °29 , parcheggio taxi e car sharing sotto casa, zona servita negozi bar ristoranti.

L'appartamento è in un cortile privato con ingresso completamente indipendente. Ha un soggiorno con camino, un angolo cottura, camera da letto e bagno (circa 70 metri quadri). E' situato in un quartiere tranquillo distante circa 10 minuti di tram dal centro e ben collegato con gli stadi di calcio tramite mezzi pubblici. Vicino c'è un mercato rionale molto particolare di prodotti tipici, aperto tutti i giorni fino al sabato, e molti altri negozi e supermercati. Parcheggi gratuiti in zona.

Settimo piano, vista panoramica ed ampio terrazzo: tavolo e sedie per la vostra comodità all'esterno. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
