We supply all linens, guests bring beach towels. One Q bed, one Q sleeper couch and twin futon on the enclosed porch. There is a h/c shower, your own picnic table, gas grill. Eat in, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom has fully tiled shower. We supply 1 beach wagon, 5 beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.
