We live on the main level and we have a two bedroom unit (each with king beds) & two full baths on the terrace level. Full living room & kitchen. We are located on the main channel of beautiful Lake Lanier where you can fish, canoe, kayak and play in the water. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

Bring your boat & family to this great place w/lots of room for fun on Lake Lanier! As of Nov.2025, our dock and interior fireplace are out of commission; dock is being rebuilt for spring, and fireplace is being worked on from outside. Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog, but no aggressive breeds pls.

This lake house is a rare gem. Its unique location is made for maximum fun and water sports.
