Bring your dog, boat, and kayak and enjoy a tranquil morning in the hammock overlooking the sound or head to the OBX for a beach day (parking pass included). The property is behind the home I live in- completely detached from the main house. There is a full flight of outdoor stairs that lead to the apartment.
