Situé à flanc de montagne, dans le hameau du Biolley, le chalet profite d’une vue dégagée sur les alpes et les villages en contrebas. Ce chalet a été totalement rénové en 2013 sur la base d'une ancienne écurie. Afin d’optimiser les espaces, les accès se font par des escaliers pentus. De tout confort, ce chalet se situe à 10 minutes de voiture de la station touristique de Champex-Lac et 18 minutes de La Fouly. L'emplacement est idéal pour des activités pédestres et touristiques.

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. Der Lift zur Sunneggabahn sowie das Ende der Talabfahrt sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bahnhofstrasse liegt in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz, Bahnhof und Kirche in 15 Minuten Gehdistanz.
