Our cottage is ideal for solo adventurers, couples, or small families seeking a getaway with minimal maintenance. We provide a charming farm atmosphere and are conveniently located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George. A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!
