The property extends across both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. It's the perfect location for couples, honeymoons, anniversaries, or even escaping on your own for a private sabbatical. Pets are only allowed for couples without children. Fast WiFi!

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. This home is located just on the outskirts of Kirby, AR. It is central to all the local activities. It is just a 15 min drive to Murfreesboro, and 19 min to the Diamond Mine. The nearest boat ramp is just 6 min up the road. It is also just a 15 min drive to Glenwood if you choose to float the Caddo River. If you choose to stay in the Barn it is plenty spacious for the family with family friendly activities. Or kick back on patio and enjoy the view!
