Suitable for families or couples with king size bed and bunk beds for the children and one well behaved dog. Space to relax and explore the countryside and make memories with your family. Guests are welcome to explore around our farm with a complimentary farm tour. We have an outdoor bath for star gazing and fire pit BBQ for toasting marshmallows, and a secure garden.

Oak lodge also has its own private parking area and outdoor seating area and is not overlooked. Dogs welcome with no limit

'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

Nestled amongst mature trees and set in a third of an acre. There is an abundance of wonderful walks, cycle tracks, Munros to climb all right on your doorstep. The villages of Ballater, to the West, and Aboyne, to the East are both 10 minutes drive away by car or by bus.
