The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV with a DVD player, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a shared sauna is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Im Hauskomplex stehen Schwimmbad, Sauna, kleiner Fitnessraum und Wäscheraum zur kostenlosen Verfügung. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz sowie Fahrradstellplätze können ebenfalls genutzt werden. Der ruhige Strand ist ca. 200 entfernt. Die Kurtaxe wird im Vorraus noch separat abgerechnet.
