More than 100 years old stone house renovated in 2012,is located in the village of Donji Zemunik, about 14 km. east of Zadar. House for 10 persons : about 150 m2 on two floors, nice garden with heating swiming pool ideal for family holiday. We have domestic animals since recently in our estate. Children can ride a pony,take a fresh eggs or feed the animals. In our neighborhood from this year we have the equestrian club Equo. We can organize riding lessons, riding school and field riding.
