Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Level 2 EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee.

Deluxe private two-bedroom suite on view property near to downtown Nevada City. Two guest bedrooms each with Queen bed and private decks; fully equipped kitchenette; living room with flat screen tv, and music sound bar. Pool & Spa, Gazebo with fireplace, BBQ and fully equipped pool house with bathroom. *Pool is seasonal and shared with homeowner. $200 per night for 2 persons. $50 per person per night for each additional guest; maximum 4 guests. Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The private upstairs apartment in this 1880's home has a great view of the back yard garden. Come sit on the front porch and people watch, or stroll 5 minutes to downtown restaurants, shops, live theater, and hiking trails. Parade participants assemble directly in front of our home. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.
