River Retreat Cabin on bluff over Klondike Falls

We have a beautiful cabin/home overlooking the Big Sioux River and Klondike Falls. This area has been on KELO-land news showcasing the many Eagles whose habitat is directly in front of our home. No need for a fan for white noise here as you can relax on the deck and listen to the water rushing over the Klondike Dam below. Most of the interior has been constructed from reclaimed lumber from the 1900s but also with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. 3 bedroom, 2 baths - can sleep 8.

Welcome to the Sioux City North KOA! This rental cabin is the perfect get away for the camping experience. Studio layout includes Queen bed with linens, partial kitchen and table. Bunk beds available for the kids. Towels and toiletries are also provided. Includes gas grill and picnic table. Please note that there is a $5 visitor fee per person per day for any guest not registered on the reservation. We have 2 lodges. Select your site for a $20 fee!
