This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 dogs (meet our doodles!) on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

Delano Cabin is a fully remodeled, cozy cabin just just 2 blocks from the River and walking distance to the Keeper of the Plains. With large open kitchen, dining and living room, and 2 very large and private bedrooms with King Size beds and TVs. With cabin style decor, you'll feel like you're in the middle of the woods, while you're in the middle of the city. Delano Cabin has been fully remodeled (down to the studs). Everything is NEW!

Historic Park & Riverside Bungalow

This 1920's craftsman-style bungalow has been (and continues to be!) restored with original hardwood floors, an era-style jack-and-jill bathroom complete with new clawfoot tub (NOTE: there is no shower - only a newer clawfoot tub) and pedestal sink, high ceilings, and a decorative fireplace. The backyard has a large deck with lounge furniture and convenient access to the kitchen for quick trips to grab more wine or morning coffee.

College Hill Cottage in Winfield--Entire apartment

Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Built in 1885, this house combines antique charm with modern comforts. KING bed in the main bedroom, QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, and a rollaway cot available. New carpet and newer furnishings throughout.
