The loft has a bedroom, separate shower and toilet spaces, work area, sitting room, kitchen space, and heating/cooling fresh air system. Located above our farm store, the loft provides privacy for you while giving you access to fresh fruits & veggies, locally sourced meats, homemade soups & salads from our farm kitchen, and so much more. Modern Country Retreat

Welcome to our home in Kouts, Indiana! We have vaulted ceilings, 2018 appliances, and lots of natural light throughout our house. The master suite has a king size beautyrest mattress, walk-in closet, freestanding tub and stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a twin over full bunk bed. We also have comfy couches and a smart TV. The table and chairs has been updated from what you see in the pictures to something slightly larger to fit more people.
