Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking a grassy reserve & native bush, this self contained studio features a brand new ensuite and kitchenette. Take in the beautiful view of Ohiwa Harbour and the native birdlife from the comfort of your bed or from the private deck. Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. But upon entering you are never far from these views, the open plan living and several bedroom spaces look out to an ever changing ocean scape.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. It's 50m from our house and well hidden by trees, so you'll feel very private. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Lakeside Luxury

Located in the heart of Rotoma, close to Cafe , boat ramp & service station. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together or groups of friends wanting to catch up. Busy times between December & March & long weekends, prioritory will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

Located at NZ's Best Beach A newly renovated Kiwi Bach, set one back from the road with its own path to the beach. An open, airy Bach with a large sunny deck and plenty of relaxing space, with Wifi and a Chromecast TV to enjoy Minutes away from Ōhiwa Harbour, Port Ohope General Store and Cafe, Ohope Wharf and Fishermens Wharf restaurant. A short drive away is the Ohope Golf Course, boat ramp, Four Square, Cafes and the West End surf scene. 2 kayaks and 3 Bach bikes to enjoy

Ohope at it's best, loved family home

Our beach house is a real treasure. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard towards what it is today and would love to share this little piece of paradise. It has easy indoor/outdoor flow and beachy interior. The beach is across the road, through the dunes and onto the beach. The house is easy living with all the modern cons and a few games to match. It has 3 bedrooms with one bedroom set up Marae style which sleeps 5. The other 2 bedrooms have a king bed each.

Lakefront Retreat with Spectacular Views

Main House sleeps 8 and the 5th bedroom is available in the outside cottage with 2 king single beds at an extra charge of $100 per night. To add the cottage to your booking you MUST select 9 guests. Relax with Stunning Views over Ohope Beach

Set down the "quieter" end of Ohope with all the usual amenities such as a general store, children's park and wharf for fishing. A very safe area for children to cycle, scooter or use their skateboard. Bedding and showering/pool towels are supplied but you will need to bring your own beach towels. A cleaning bond and also a damage bond are taken at the time of booking, but are REFUNDED if the property is left as found with no damage.
