Sycamore Hill cottage is perfect for a single, couple, family, or a group of friends. It is one big living space with a king bed, double futon, fully equipped kitchen, bath, and laundry. Guests have access to 38 acres of woodlands & cottage gardens. Big Creek is easily accessible, clear, and has great shallow sections for kids or just sitting. Just minutes from HRSP, the bike trails, and the Dan River. Dog-friendly, $50 fee added in reservation. Pet disclosure is required and important.

The Rock Retreat

This beautiful log cabin, previously known as Indian Creek Cabin, has been an important part of the Hanging Rock Community for many years. It began as the Hanging Rock Outdoor Center. The property is adjacent to the Indian Creek Trail area. It is within a few miles of the Lower Cascade Falls, Dan River, Moore's Spring bike trails, and of course, Hanging Rock State Park. Adventure awaits with ziplining, kayaking, canoeing, and river tubing excursions within minutes of the front door.

Just built log home is wheelchair accessible with porch and deck views of Sauratown and Hanging Rock Mountain. Dogs are welcome and there is NO PET FEE! We have seasonal berries and a well-stocked fishing pond. Visit the state parks then come home to catch a breeze on the porch swing, watch fireflies or roast hotdogs at the fire pit.

The Green Cabin at Luna's Trail

The Green Cabin offers beautiful mountain views, spacious indoor areas, a pool table, and wood stove. It is located within a large crop of blueberries and blackberries, a plus during summer. Our restaurant is available Friday Lunch - Sunday Breakfast. There are sometimes large, private events downstairs. Please ask ahead if one may affect your visit.
