Enjoy this updated ranch, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. This home is 5 minutes from Grand Park, & a short walk to dinning in downtown Westfield. The fenced in backyard is a relaxing place to hangout and unwind, get competitive playing corn hole, have a bonfire or grill up the perfect dinner. With five televisions you should be able to stream your favorite show. The home is a reasonable drive to downtown Indy(~40min), IMS, Ruoff Music Center, Carmel, Noblesville and more places.

The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
