We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

Barn On Nye Manor wedding venue is just 1 1/2 miles down the road so this is a great spot for wedding guests to gather. Your stay includes great sunrises and the sound of a distant rooster on the large front porch. Enjoy 2 acres of open yard for fun family games and later enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit.

My grandparents added this space onto the barn in 1968 so they had a place to stay when visiting. Now that they have passed, we have this space to share with others who are visiting or passing through the area . The space is perfect for one or two people.
