The upscale cabin is located in the picturesque Shugart Flats community with plenty of privacy on a 3 acre property, and surrounded by nature with wildlife abound and in a newly established mosquito control area! The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom down stairs and a closed loft with another restroom upstairs. Back deck has an soothing 8 seat hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining table with peek-a-boo views of mountains and river. The cedar sided house has a beautiful patio and big fenced lawn with river view. Close access to the covered hot tub and BBQ. The interior is an open floor plan with river views, a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds and 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.
